Am I able to book or check availability through the website? I'm afraid not, just give us a call on 01446 794024 and then you can book and pay your deposit all at the same time.


Do you require a deposit? We require a non-refundable deposit to secure a booking - please see traiff page for details.


When is the balance due? The balance is payable on arrival, once paid this also becomes non-refundable.


What time can we check in? You can check in between 12.30pm and 6pm, if you wish to arrive outside these times please contact us on 01446 794024 or info@acorncamping.co.uk to make arrangements.


What time is check out? Check out is by 11am, we offer late check out options until 1pm (£5 per pitch) and 4pm (£10 per pitch). These options must be prebooked and prepaid for on check in.


Do you allow dogs and what is the maximum number allowed per pitch? Yes we allow well behaved dogs @ £2 each per night, up to 3 per pitch. All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times including on the pitch & any mess must be cleaned up immediately.


Are the Shepherds Huts (Glamping Pods) ensuite? Unfortunately not but they are located within 12 metres of the Shower/ Toilet Block which is open 24hrs per day.


Do you allow dogs in the Glamping pods (Shepherds Huts) or the Lodge? Yes we do, there is a cleaning charge applicable of £5 per night.


What are the opening hours of the Cafe? Acorn Cafe is open from 9am until 4pm Wednesday - Sunday inclusive. We serve hot food from 9am until 2.30pm and tea/ coffee & snacks from 2.30pm until 4pm.


What are the opening hours of the Shop? The shop is open from 9am until 4.00pm every day.


Can I bring a Firepit? I am sorry but we don't allow firepits or campfires, but you are more than welcome to BBQ
