We are very excited to be taking part in the Vale Food Trail this year.

We’ve curated a special event just for you. Starting with an opportunity to ‘meet the farmer’. Hear from Rhodri Davies as he talks about the history of Rosedew Farm and the sustainable farming practices here at Rosedew. Then comes Dawie who will be bringing the ‘steak showdown’. He’ll be holding a BBQ demo and discussing the merits of a variety of steak cuts (and yes there will be tasters!). Just as you’ve worked up an appetite, you’ll have the chance to ‘sample the produce’* as chef Neil puts on a special Vale Trail menu for you to enjoy at Acorn Café.
